NEWS RELEASE - Spring Training Cancelled
APRIL 9th 2014

I hope all is well. I’m sure you are all as excited to get the season underway as we are! With this never ending winter and today’s earlier surprise from Mother Nature, we regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel this season’s Spring Training. For the most part, the track has made some major progress over the last few days but with significant amounts of snow from turn 2 to turn 4 the track simply won’t be ready this weekend.

With the temperatures rising later in the week and throughout the weekend we are confident that the track will be ready to go come April 19th (TRAK RACE 1). Please pay close attention to the notes below as ONLY the on-track activities will be cancelled this Saturday. For all NEW members and/or Rookie Driver’s – the MANDATORY in class session will still take place at the track this Saturday as originally scheduled.

Please Note:

  1. For all TRAK Rookies and/or first time ASN license holders (this includes drivers with less than three TRAK races completed) your mandatory in-class session will take place as scheduled. This MANDATORY session will include a written test for all NEW drivers which is required to obtain your 2014 racing licence. Doors will open at 10am and we should wrap up prior to noon.

  2. For all Karters, our on-site pro shop will be open from 10am-1pm this Saturday. Many of you have pre-ordered items which will be available for pick during the hours mentioned above.

  3. It is important to note that the rest of our 2014 schedule will remain unchanged. TRAK Race 1 will still take place on Saturday April 19th as previously scheduled. See you all then!

We will do our very best to keep you all informed on the changing track conditions. As soon as the track is drivable, you will all be the first to know!

Thanks Daniel
